The inspiring story of KulturalT is closely tied to that of its founder, whose remarkable journey is a testament to determination and perseverance. Arriving in Germany at the age of 17 with no knowledge of the German language, she began her educational journey with exceptional resolve and commitment. Her first steps involved learning German, followed by evening classes to earn her high school diploma while simultaneously pursuing professional training as a medical assistant in a radiology office.
She then pursued studies in business management, specializing in human resources, marketing, international trade, and production, which culminated in the completion of her bachelor’s degree. Her passion for information technology emerged from her master’s studies in information management, where she focused on digital management, IT, and business informatics. Alongside her studies, she gained valuable experience working as a university assistant in the field of education and STEM, as well as in various companies.
After completing her Master’s degree, she worked as an IT trainer, continuing education coordinator in IT, and earned certifications in agile learning coaching, business coaching, Roberta teaching, and Scrum Master. Today, she is an inspiring consultant in IT and the director of KulturalT GmbH, living by and embodying our motto: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” Her journey demonstrates that any path, no matter how long and obstacle-laden, can lead to success.
